Q. Do your web hosting plans include any other FREE scripts apart from those included with the site builder?
A. YES! All of our business web hosting plans come with an auto installer included in the control panel, which will automatically install shopping carts, bulletin boards, guest books and much more. A list of FREE scripts available on your plan is available here. Any of these scripts can be installed in a sub-domain or sub-directory on your web site.
Q. Do I get a web based control panel to manage my account?
A. YES! All plans come with CPanel V10.x control panel.
Q. What version of PHP do you have installed on your server?
A. All servers come installed with the latest stable release of PHP. (currently 4.3.11)
Q. I already have a domain name registered and parked (or hosted) with another company. Are there any fees to transfer the name servers to you?
A. No there is not. Instructions for transferring your domains name servers are contained in the setup email you will receive when you order your web hosting plan. Alternatively you can fill out our on-line domain name server transfer request and we will do it for you FREE of charge.
Q. What are the specifications of your web servers?
A. All of our new web servers have dual Intel Xeon 3.06 gigahertz or higher or dual AMD Opteron CPU's, with Raid 1 or Raid 10 hard drive arrays. Our web servers are carefully monitored for resource usage to ensure that they are always running at optimum performance, and that they are not overloaded.
Q. How long does it take to setup my account?
A. All accounts are verified manually before setting up in order to avoid fraud and maintain the integrity of our servers for all of our customers. Your account will be setup in the same or next business day that we recieve your order. You will receive instructions by email once your account has been set up. The majority of accounts are setup within 5 hours of receiving the order and payment.
